SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery is FREE for orders over £45, unless the order is for heavy and bulky items then a surcharge is levied. For items weighing less than 1kg the cost of postage and packaging is £3.99
1. Medical items are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For service for weights up to 1kg. For heavier weights we will send goods after having agreed the postage costs with you.
2. All other inland items less than 1kg are sent via Royal Mail First Class delivery, unless it is a heavy and bulky item. For an order weighing above 1kg a surcharge is levied. Prices are agreed with you before shipping and are sent via Royal Mail Standard Parcel service which takes 3 to 5 days to deliver.
3. You have the option of receiving the Special Delivery services operated by the Royal Mail. This option will be given to you during check out process. Special Delivery will cost £6.98 for items up to 1kg. For heavier items we will levy a surcharge dependant on the postal costs, again we will only despatch goods after agreeing costs with you. 4. International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail airmail service. The cost of this service is based upon destination regardless of the value of the order. Orders for Europe will cost £7.49 per order. Orders to Rest of the World including America will cost £14.99 per order. This service has size and weight restrictions imposed on international parcels. If your order falls outside these restrictions we will offer you alternative couriers at prices to be agreed between us. International parcels also take longer to arrive due to customs and local delivery services. You have the option of receiving the goods by International Signed For service offered by Royal Mail. This service will cost an extra £3.50
5. We can deliver to you at work, or to a neighbour, provided you let us know at the time you place your order.
6. Delivery times vary by product. The vast majority of orders (over 90%) are despatched either on the same working day or the following working day. We treat medicines with the highest priority. Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is both safe and suitable for our delivery to be made. If you have received an email from us saying that the item has been despatched, and the item has still not arrived, it may be the case that the postman has attempted a delivery and left a card showing the address of the local Royal Mail Delivery Office (sometimes referred to as a "sorting office"). You can then visit the sorting office and pick up the item. We have, however, found that sometimes, a delivery attempt card is not left. Hence, if you live within the UK, have been told by us that the item has been despatched, and you have not received the item by the end of the working day following receipt of the email, it's worth checking with your local Royal Mail Delivery Office to see if they have the parcel. If you cannot reach the office in person, you can contact the Royal Mail on 08457 740 740 and they can assist you. However, if you still have a problem then please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance
7. A signature is required upon delivery where medicines are within the order.
8. Repeat delivery attempts may incur an additional delivery charge.
9. In the case of an item being temporarily unavailable, we will contact you to see if you would like to wait a little longer or to cancel the order
10. We will only charge your account once the goods have been dispatched.
